A friendly, welcoming and efficient service from our reception is our aim and you will continue the good work carried out by the daytime receptionists.Qualities and skills you can bring to the night shift:Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experienceEnsure the security of the building is maintained through the quite hours, as directed by the hotel management. Usually done by regular walk rounds and recording the action in a log.To deal with guest requests to assist in a comfortable stayTo be aware of your hours worked (17 week average rule)Be fully conversant with the procedures in case of an emergency. This will cover the procedure for guests being taken ill, fire safety and procedure, and also for yourself working alone.Be aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment, including the “buddy” contact processAssist guests with luggage if necessaryA little bit about us….We are Daish’s Holidays, a fast growing family run holiday operator with 12 stunning hotels across the UK and a fleet of own luxury coaches.
