Congerstone Primary School is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. This is a wonderful opportunity to support our pupils during their lunchtime break, ensuring they have a safe, happy and enjoyable experience both in the dining hall and on the playground. Key Responsibilities Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall, classrooms or outdoors. Encourage positive play, healthy eating and good behaviour. Support children in resolving minor disagreements and building positive relationships. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times. Assist in setting up and clearing away dining areas when required. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is approachable, calm and patient. Enjoys working with children and is able to communicate clearly. Can use initiative and work well as part of a team. Is dependable, punctual and committed to safeguarding pupils. What We Offer A warm, welcoming school community.
