Job Description We’re recruiting forboth Customer Service Administrators and Customer Service Officersto join our Home Finance team in Solihull - with a starting salary of £23,750 - £24,525 depending the role offered and experience.These are hybrid roleswhere you’ll work 3 days from home and 2 days in ourSolihull office weekly, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. We’ll work with you on which department compliments your personality and strengths best.Our teams are made up of professionals from different backgrounds includingcall centre, retail, hospitality, care and sales. What you'll be doing : Responsibilities Depending on the role you are offered, your responsibilities will include either handling inbound calls from our Home Finance customers or performing administrative tasks to process customer cases. You’ll provide customers with a first-class experience during every interaction Given the nature of what we do, sometimes the customer calls can be emotive, so, we’re looking for people who are naturally caring, empathetic and resilient Delivering a personable service to our customers, supporting our customersneeds accurately on a right first time basis, ensuring next stages are understood and that any correspondence is effective and accurate Offering support and feedback to other colleagues, contributing to a highly motivated, straightforward, and collaborative culture For our most vulnerable customers, you’ll ensure you consider their circumstances and needs and take additional steps to support them through their interactions with Legal & General Qualifications Who we're looking for : The skills above are important to us - but we will show you the L&G way.
