OverviewHead of Commercial Property – NantwichSalary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits + BonusesLocation: Nantwich (Hybrid / Flexible Working Available)Job Type: Full Time, PermanentPuro Associates are working in partnership with a leading regional law firm to recruit an experienced Head of Commercial Property to lead and develop their thriving real estate department.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute solicitor who thrives on client engagement, team development, and the management of complex property transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Commercial Property department, overseeing a team of solicitors, fee earners, and support staffDrive business development, nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new commercial clientsOversee and advise on a wide range of property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDevelopment site purchases and commercial refinancingLandlord and tenant work (retail, office, and industrial)Commercial leases, options, and overage agreementsManage performance, profitability, and workflow across the departmentEnsure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (SRA, Lexcel, etc.)Work closely with the Partners to shape departmental strategy and support firm-wide growth plansAbout YouQualified Solicitor with at least 8+ years?
