For this role it is necessary that you are a caring and courteous individual that can work under pressure in a challenging environment. The post holder is required to collect blood samples by venepuncture methods from patients in the community across Stevenage and surrounding areas.Main duties of the jobThe Phlebotomist will be expected to support their team, department and organisation to achieve the Trust's Values in their day to day work. This will be achieved by providing a venepuncture service to local patients. The post holder will ensure a clean, comfortable and safe environment for service users.
