Senior Content Executive – Zinc Join to apply for the Senior Content Executive role at Zinc. Why This Role Exists Content plays a huge part in Zinc's marketing strategy for 2026 and beyond: from building a brand, HR and talent teams trust, to new customer acquisition, to showcasing why we’re the best choice for businesses, and making happy customers our advocates. If you want to get in early and bring this strategy to life, we’re looking for someone ambitious and creative who loves all things writing and content. Your day-to-day will be varied and exciting, working across the business and developing content that stands out from the normal B2B SaaS crowd. Key Responsibilities Support our SEO strategy with well-structured long‑form content that ranks across all different platforms. Execute on different content types and channels to learn what works and what doesn’t, and find new ways to reach our ideal customers. Write and share a huge variety of content across the business: blogs, case studies, reports, emails, landing pages and more. Keep Zinc’s tone of voice sharp, clear, and human, and give edits across the Marketing team and the wider business in line with best practice. Own all touchpoints for creating social proof at Zinc, partnering across Revenue, Marketing and Customer. Execute on our G2 review strategy, supporting the content manager in finding the key moments to prompt advocates into reviewing us. Bring customer stories to life through testimonials and case studies, pushing the boundaries of creativity and working to distribute to the outbound and sales teams. Own Senja, our review and testimonial platform, to collect and share reviews and testimonials across the business and our website. Find creative opportunities to get Zinc mentioned in relevant publications and PR opportunities, both in and outside of traditional PR efforts. Turn product updates, new content, and thought leadership into punchy press releases, using freelance support where needed. Impact how PR can influence Zinc’s wider content strategy for the AI era. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 12 years in content, PR, copywriting, communications or similar. Strong writing skills: you understand structure, grammar, and how the right words can make an impact. Hands‑on PR experience (this is essential). Experience in a small, fast‑paced team (startup environment = big bonus). Curiosity about SEO and how organic content grows brand reach. Creative and performance‑minded (you know your way around the data). Low ego, loves feedback, collaboration, and iteration. Ambitious, wants to make an impact and keep learning, not coast. Confident communicating across teams inside and outside Zinc. What We Offer Zinc offers a chance to work on a product that brings a fresh perspective on data ownership in hiring. 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off. £1,200 annual benefits allowance (Thanks Ben, from month 2).
