Shunter Driver

We're hiring a Shunter Driver for a logistics company in Lutterworth. The role works nights 4 on/4 off (6pm-6am) and is an ongoing temporary position offering £16.31 per hour. Key Responsibilities Accurately position trailers as directed. Conduct thorough safety inspections. Promptly report defects, damage or incidents. Communicate courteously and professionally with colleagues. Report breaches of speed limits by drivers and subcontractors. Maintain and report on vehicle parking area layouts and debris issues. Adhere to Health & Safety legislation and company standards. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Shunter Driver. In-date Accredited Shunter Certificate (RTITB/ITSARR) or HGV1 or C+E License. Attention to detail for safety and efficiency. Problem‑solving skills to address issues promptly.
