She is going to college from Worthing to Chichester during terms times. I am looking for a committed domestic personal assistant to support me in my home who could also potentially offer occasional respite care evenings, weekends, holidays if desired and you have the relevant skills or experience working with adults with learning and speech & language difficulties.The work will involve general tidying, housework and cleaning and I am looking for someone reliable, organised, hygienic and tidy minded, preferably with experience whether professional or personal.Candidate qualitiesRespectful of the employer's privacy and confidentialityReliable with good timekeepingAble to both follow instructions and work on own initiativeHygienic, tidy and well organisedFit and healthy to undertake the required dutiesPatient and possess excellent interpersonal skillsHonest and cheerfulAble to speak and read English to a reasonable standardAble to always work to high standards of health & safetyEmployee DutiesOther relevant duties as requiredHousekeepingCookingAdditional requirementsAll applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be employed directly by the individual employer and not Independent Lives.
