To start ASAPA nurturing and inclusive Primary School Lewisham is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team with an immediate start.  This is a full-time, term-time position running Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3.30pm.

The Role

You will be working as part of a supportive team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3–5. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality early years provision
Assisting with assessments, observations, and learning journals
Promoting children's personal, social, and emotional development
Working in partnership with parents and carers to support each child's individual needs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning spaceThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run setting where children are at the heart of everything, and staff are valued and supported.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Experience working in an early years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach

This 3-form-entry infant school is based in Forest Hill with excellent transport links.  Pupils are well-behaved and engaged in learning and there is excellent parental engagement and support. It is extremely well-run and staff feel valued and are offered training and progression within their roles.
