We are currently seeking an enthusiastic advisor to join our award-winning Aftersales team. Responsibilities Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Handle all service enquiries by telephone, email and face‑to‑face. Liaise with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is completed in a timely manner. Upsell additional works, service plans and warranties. Person Specification Works well under pressure. Has a ‘can do’ attitude. Works well as part of a team. Self‑motivated. Possesses a full UK driving licence. Maintains a smart appearance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary and Hours Competitive salary based on experience with an excellent bonus structure. Hours: 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Benefits Company pension. Free parking. Family run business.
