Service Manager Care Homes - Waverley Court Salary: £65,185-£77,845 • Hours: 36 hours per week Overview To manage, review and develop Care Home Services for older people in accordance with statute, regulations and guidance, establishing and ensuring best practice in care home services. To manage and support care home managers and to lead transformative change responding to demand, national strategy and legislation ensuring EHSCP care homes provide person‑centred, high‑quality care to residents. Qualifications & Requirements This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out of the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre‑employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
