My client is on the hunt for a dynamic Account Director to spearhead the partnership for a high-profile brand. The agency has grown extensively over the past two years, making this a key hire for the team.

This role is central to managing a prestigious global sponsorship, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivering outstanding client service.

Working at the heart of Formula 1, you'll collaborate with global brand teams, rights holders, media partners, and agency teams to craft cutting-edge sponsorship activations.

They are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in managing large-scale sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships and lead the client relationship, aligning sponsorship strategies with business objectives.
  • Sponsorship Strategy & Activation: Develop and execute impactful activations to maximise brand exposure across on-track, digital, and social platforms.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Oversee multi-market campaigns, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including F1 teams and event organisers.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sponsorship performance, providing actionable insights and post-event evaluations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of six, fostering growth and delivering excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years in sponsorship/account management, ideally with Formula 1 expertise and global brand experience or high profile sports.
  • Skills: Exceptional client management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Attributes: Organised, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude.
