Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in South Woodham Ferrers. The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of asbestos removal projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing the site team, planning and coordinating daily tasks, conducting site inspections, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate records. The Site Supervisor will act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with clients, staff, and external contractors as needed. Additionally, ensuring all health and safety practices are adhered to throughout the project lifespan is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate on-site teams effectively. Full set of current supervisor training, medical, face fits. A minimum of 2 years experience in site Supervisor role. Experience in project planning, coordination, and supervising daily operational tasks on construction or remediation sites. Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in asbestos handling and removal. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to liaise with clients, contractors, and staff professionally. Relevant certifications or training in asbestos handling and removal practices are required. Proficiency in preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. Proven experience in the asbestos removal or construction industry, with a track record of successful project delivery. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges quickly and efficiently. A valid driver's license is essential for on-site commute and client visit requirements.
