Role Overview Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for managing strategic supplier relationships? Our client is seeking a talented Buyer (Aluminium and Tubes) to join their dynamic team in Filton, United Kingdom. This position is a contract role until the end of June 2026, with a probable extension. Responsibilities Managing strategic aluminium (extrusions) suppliers and associated projects Driving the company’s aluminium procurement strategy and policy Coordinating supplier selection and contract negotiations Enabling and managing the aluminium demand allocation process Identifying and implementing cost improvement opportunities Qualifications Proven experience as a procurement or supply chain professional, ideally within the aerospace industry Strong supplier relationship management skills and the ability to negotiate favourable contract terms Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Good knowledge of aluminium, tubes, and other raw materials Contract Details This is a contract role with both PAYE and umbrella rates available.
