We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at Benugo Bar & Kitchen inWarwick Arts CentreWe Offer:Rate: £35k per annumShifts: 5 days out of 7 working when the business requires, including some weekends and eveningsContract: Full Time PermanentAbout the Deputy Manager role:Increase sales, through new marketing and menu plansTo oversee the operational function of the location in the GMs absence, by providing direction and structure to the team and ensuring our product and service is always of a high standardTo ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard from front and back of houseTo continuously work towards improving sales and serviceCost and stock managementTo support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoringTo ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:A Manager with a proven track record of success within a bar and restaurant environmentExperience in high volume operations is highly desirableExcellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspireHave astute financial and commercial awareness to ensure the continued success of the siteA passion for food is a plusAdditional InformationBenugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
