Role Overview Inspire Field Marketing is a rapidly growing Field Marketing company. We need to expand our UK‑wide workforce for the following role. Role As a Field Merchandiser across the BA postcode area(s), you will visit retail outlets on an ad‑hoc basis driven by customer requirements. Responsibilities Merchandise new stock in line with planograms to maximize sales exposure. Maintain and build relationships within retail stores; review in‑store stock levels to ensure availability. Capture information by taking photographs and logging data via applications on a smartphone or tablet. Carry out additional tactical work on an ad‑hoc basis, where core accounts may offer regular weekly hours. Skills & Experience Needed Retail experience. Good time management skills. Experience working to planograms. Keen eye for detail. Able to work independently with remote management. Access to own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence. Benefits Flexible working hours. Flexitime. Pension. Zero‑hour contract with flexible hours around existing commitments; diary managed but store visits must be completed within a set timeframe. Contract Details Job Type: Zero‑hour contract. Contract length: 60 months. Salary: From £12.40 per hour. Schedule Day shift. Flexitime. Experience Required: retail: 1 year.
