This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team and work on exciting new bakery innovations with great national accounts. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Manufacturing Responsibilities Sourcing ingredients and packaging, taking into account cost and minimum order quantities. Completing nutritional and shelf‑life testing, including Nutricalc. Setting up new recipes, creating work instructions and preparing packaging details to support successful product launches. Collaborating cross‑functionally with Technical, Production, Marketing teams and engaging with customers. Supporting audits, customer visits and various technical projects as needed. Qualifications This role is suitable for an NPD Technologist who wants to get stuck in and feels confident managing multiple projects while working to tight deadlines.
