In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting routine and reactive maintenance on a variety of Fire Alarm systems, working closely with clients and on-site teams. The role covers domestic, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors. You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, while managing tasks and communication remotely. Responsibilities Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance calls on Fire Alarm systems. Provide remote technical support and guidance for systems such as Gent, Kentec, Protec, C-Tec, Advanced, and others. Respond to service calls efficiently and in line with industry standards. Maintain effective communication with customers and on-site teams. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Experience with Emergency Lighting, Extinguishers, Gas, and Warden Call systems is beneficial but not essential. Professional, presentable, and able to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites occasionally if required. Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Overtime & travel time paid at 1.5x or 2x Extensive training and career progression opportunities Annual bonus and pay review Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
