What We're Looking For Extensive experience in transport planning within a consultancy environment Proven track record of successful business development and winning new work Demonstrable client followership with established relationships Significant experience leading complex transport planning projects Chartered status (MCIHT, MRTPI, MICE or equivalent) Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, Urban Planning or related discipline Specialist capability in areas such as development planning, active travel, business case development, or public transport planning Experience managing and developing teams Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills About the Role This Associate / Technical Director - Transport Planning position is ideal for ambitious professionals seeking genuine autonomy to demonstrate their ability with better reward and recognition. You'll build and develop transport planning teams whilst shaping business direction in collaboration with Partners. As Associate / Technical Director - Transport Planning, you'll develop strategic business plans, lead complex projects, and provide specialist technical expertise. This role offers the platform to grow the business whilst bringing your client base with you.
