Role Description This is a part-time on-site role based in London for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, and delivering cost reporting for various construction projects. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient cost management and compliance with project budgets. Qualifications Proficiency in cost control and cost management processes Experience in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Strong skills in cost planning and cost reporting Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional qualifications or certifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields are preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Building Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
