Science Technician Immediate start Excellent rates of pay Part time work pattern STEM Specialist School Suitable for an experienced Science Technician Great opportunity for a Science Graduate with lab experience looking to develop a career in schools A Science Technician is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South London. This will be a part time long term Science Technician position with scope to go permanent. The timetable will be 3 days a week for this Science Technician post and the school is flexible on what days they can offer. Responsibilities for this Science Technician role will include but not be limited to : Assisting and preparing practical lessons alongside the Science Teachers Ensuring equipment and materials are safely stored when not in use Guiding staff and pupils in correct Health & Safety policies Maintaining and repairing all resources when required Keeping track of what is out of stock and making the necessary orders when needed Disposing of hazardous waste in a safe manner The rates of pay for this Science Technician position will be between £82.14 to £130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
