You will be part of a growing, successful team preparing and delivering high-quality services to clients. You will work with a broad range of clients, covering several sectors – including Public and Private Sector organisations. You’ll be helping organisations grow, mitigate and manage their risks more effectively.During Your First Three Years You WillAttend client meetings, engage with our clients and speak with people across a range of industries and countriesRequest and obtain relevant information from clients based across the globe, building worldwide relationshipsResearch legislation, case law and be involved in creating new ways to better support organisationsDeliver presentations both internally and externally as well as drafting articles for publication on the Forvis Mazars website and other third-party sitesWork collaboratively with colleagues in other services, offices and countriesLearn how to use the tax software and systemBy The End Of Your Final Year You WillWork on a range of different advisory engagements across UK tax covering a range of technical areasDevelop a strong technical knowledge of the UK tax legislationCoach and lead more junior team members on advisory engagementsUnderstand the way in which different corporate entities operate across a range of sectorsWork directly with our clients and begin developing relationships with those clients to deliver on repeat engagementsBegin to manage advisory engagements, including planning, budgeting and project managing different service linesDevelop a strong understanding of our control and risk management proceduresWho We’re Looking ForOn track or have obtained A-level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications.
