Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Buildings teamAs our new Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer, you will be part of our Buildings team, working on a range of exciting local landmarks as well as national and international projects, in a variety of sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, heritage, industrial, rail, aviation, defence and residential. We promote home and hybrid working however are looking for candidates that can travel into one of our key locations, which include Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Chester, Leeds, London, Manchester and Southampton.ResponsibilitiesYour key tasks and responsibilities will involve:Develop and agree structural concepts and design philosophiesInspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projectsLiaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetingsTake ownership as day-to-day lead on a project or part of a projectPush the boundaries of low-carbon designYour key deliverables over the first 12 months will be:Grow and maintain a network of contacts and be a great ambassador for RambollLead the design process for a project (size suitable for level of experience)Outside day-to-day project work, collaborate with colleagues from the localteam and beyond to support implementation of various aspects of the Ramboll Business PlanYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
