OverviewAbout the roleAs a Quality Systems Manager at Albelli Photobox Group, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to quality and occupational health & safety (OH&S) across our multinational manufacturing sites. Working within the Industrial Engineering & Planning function, you will collaborate closely with local quality assurance, production, process improvement, and customer service teams.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the broader Industrial Engineering & Planning and Operations teams to develop and implement quality systems as best practices (international travel required).Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Local Quality & Factory Management teams, Project Management Office, Customer Service, and Product Teams to drive the development, implementation, and project management of initiatives aimed at enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) and overall customer experience.Implement and validate new quality systems / processes, working alongside data owners and functional managers to monitor and report on their effectiveness, compliance with quality systems, and level of implementation.Manage the group-wide QMS implementation within the operations function, from defining the scope to delivering results across multinational sites.Develop and execute training plans to drive quality systems initiatives and provide training in quality systems methodology.Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, instilling a quality-first mindset.Conduct internal and external audits, reporting and addressing findings in alignment with the QMS.Report relevant metrics and project updates to the management team.Impact and ContributionsPlaying a pivotal role in promoting and safeguarding a culture of continuous improvement, a commitment to quality and OH&S across the multinational manufacturing sites.Enabling the successful execution of quality initiatives and improvements to the customer experience.Playing a strategic role in shaping the future of the organization by driving quality initiatives, developing a robust QMS, and aligning quality goals with overall business strategies.Experience and attributes we valueBAchelor (BSc) or Master degree in a science or engineering discipline.Equivalent extensive experience in a similar mid / senior quality systems role.Six Sigma Black Belt.Lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similar quality standard).Lead auditor (ISO 45001 or similar OH&S standard).Manufacturing or factory-based experience.Fluent in English both written & spoken.Report / SOP writingProblem solving 8D.Data analysis Pareto, Histogram, RSD.Project management tools Gantt chart, Critical Path Analysis, Action plan.Nice to Have ExperienceFormal qualification in quality management.Formal qualification in project management.Formal qualification in health & safety NEBOSH.Coaching experience.Print industry, e-commerce, aerospace, automotive or FMCG.Fluent in either Spanish, German, or Dutch both written & spoken.Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.What’s in it for you?25 days of holiday a year (excluding public holidays) increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days after 5 years continuous service8 weeks out of the year to work working remotely abroadHybrid working - 1 day a week in the officeHealthcare, dental and life assuranceMoney Purchase Pension scheme with employer / employee contributionsSeason ticket loansCycle to work schemeCredits to spend each year on company productsMental health and wellbeing support available 24 / 7Referral bonus when you bring your friends to join the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
