We are the specialists OEMs call on to support crucial vehicle projects. Core Responsibilities Surface Preparation & Repair: Inspect, clean, repair, sand, fill, and smooth vehicle surfaces to ensure flawless substrate for painting. Finishing & Quality Control: Apply primer and masking, perform rigorous quality checks before releasing the part for paint. Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, handle materials correctly, and strictly follow all safety and hazardous waste protocols. Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and site supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines. Requirements Proven expertise in automotive bodywork, sanding, and surface preparation; experience with plastic and fiberglass repair highly desirable. Technical proficiency with hand and power tools used in body shop environments, and familiarity with various primers, fillers, and sealants. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision necessary to achieve OEM‑level quality. Ability to work efficiently and meet demanding production schedules and deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in automotive body repair or painting is a significant advantage. Benefits Rate: £21.00 per hour Shifts: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (additional hours at customer discretion). Duration: Expected 3 months, with possibility of ongoing work depending on project requirements and performance.
