About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a first mover from Big 4 or mid-tier audit to step into a commercial FP&A role within a high-performing Group Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, you\'ll gain broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering - driving financial insight and supporting performance across multiple divisions. Key responsibilities Supporting the annual budget process and periodic forecasting cycles Preparing accurate and timely monthly Board and Departmental reports Partnering with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights Developing financial models, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analysis Contributing to strategic projects and continuous process improvements About You You're a motivated finance professional with strong technical foundations in audit or financial reporting, ready to make your first move into industry. You're analytical, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills. What you\'ll bring Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) 3+ years\' experience in audit or financial reporting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm) Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Sigma Healthcare?
