FLT Counterbalance Driver and Warehouse Operative Location: Halifax Pay Rate: GBP 12.54 to 18.81 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday Employment type: Full-time About the role We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to join a fast‑paced environment where every day is different. As an FLT driver and warehouse operative, you will drive a forklift, pick and pack products, load and unload goods, and keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack products with accuracy and care. Load and unload goods from vehicles. Use handheld scanners and equipment (full training provided). Drive an FLT with a Counterbalance licence. Relocate abrasive equipment. Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse. Work with the team to hit daily targets. Qualifications Holds an FLT licence and experience on a counterbalance forklift. Able to work on feet and lift items within safe manual handling limits. Comfortable in a warehouse environment. Team player with good communication skills. Flexible and able to follow instructions. Punctual, with a good work ethic. Benefits Weekly pay and opportunities for overtime.
