Hardware Response Technician – Radius Join to apply for the Hardware Response Technician role at Radius. Job DescriptionWork as a hardware response technician to deliver daily support for hardware faults, de-installations, footage retrievals, firmware upgrades, SD card upgrades, fleet check audits and site weekly visits. You will visit sites, liaise with customers, repair cameras, monitors and cables, retrieve footage, upgrade firmware and swap SD cards. You will also support de-installations and health checks. Working HoursMonday to Friday, 40 hours a week plus overtime. Key Responsibilities Complete health and safety documentation before repairs. Ensure the Job Sheet is signed and completed before leaving. Perform allocated work with high quality workmanship. Troubleshoot customer queries and suggest resolutions. Maintain accurate van stock and secure company equipment. Work with minimal supervision. Adhere to company policies and guidelines. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. Focus on customer satisfaction and build relationships. Coordinate with team members on outstanding issues. Qualifications Prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Diligent with good judgement and decision making. Practical hands‑on experience. Self‑starter team player confident in dynamic settings. Problem solving ability and proactive attitude. Desire to improve systems and processes continuously. Strong planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. Polite, confident and friendly manner. Initiative and flexibility. Well‑organised and diligent under pressure. Additional Information Training and career path for a Trainee Telematics Engineer (Hardware Response Technician) with salary up to £42k a year. Package £25k‑30k salary.
