Work Location & Relocation North Wales is a beautiful part of the country with good schools, a range of leisure activities, and plenty of stunning scenery. Conwy has rugged mountain terrains, spectacular coastlines, and a mix of small rural villages and larger coastal towns. With plenty of access to fresh air and the great outdoors, we are also within an hour of larger cities such as Chester, Liverpool and Bangor. We are happy to discuss relocation packages for those moving into the area to join our team. Responsibilities The team leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of the team in partnership with clinical and admin leads and the service manager. The role involves managing performance, quality, and safety, and working with a multidisciplinary team to offer early intervention and direct assessment and therapeutic services to school‑aged children, adolescents, and their families referred with a range of emotional and behavioural disorders. Qualifications A background of working within Child Mental Health Services and a knowledge of the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) would be advantageous. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates from other clinical specialities connected to supporting emotional health and wellbeing or children and families, and can demonstrate transferable skills in managing performance, quality, and safety. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
