In-house Expatriate Tax Opportunity - FTC - 0.8 FTE Are you an experienced UK expatriate tax professional looking for a role with impact? I am delighted to be partnering with a world‑renowned organisation to recruit for a maternity cover position as an Employment & Expatriate Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in shaping best practice across expatriate tax compliance. The role will be part‑time (0.8 FTE) and for a duration of 12 months. Start date is ideally end of January/start of February to allow for a handover. Reporting to the Head of Employment Tax, you will be expected to develop and monitor policies and processes relating to expatriate taxes; provide technical guidance on complex expatriate tax issues and globally mobile employee arrangements; advise on compliance and operational processes for expatriate tax and employment status; as well as drive continuous improvement and support projects across the organisation. This role would suit an individual with strong expertise in expatriate tax (UK and international) gained from experience in an in‑house tax team for a large multinational or advising similar organisations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise non‑tax professionals is also key. The role is based in Cambridge so you must be able to commute there.
