Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Central Employment Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK Central Employment is working with a scaling North East Search and Performance Marketing agency, as they look to expand their dedicated Klaviyo team, with the appointment of an Email Marketing Campaign Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a number of key eCommerce client campaigns, execute Klaviyo strategies, while contributing to the success of an ambitious and supportive agency. Responsibilities and Qualifications Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in Klaviyo Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenue Run A/B split tests and optimize for performance Segment databases effectively for targeting and personalization Collaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messaging Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in Klaviyo Motivate, mentor and build out an internal Email Marketing/Klaviyo team Hands‑on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in‑house environment, circa 3+ yrs dedicated channel experience Strong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign management Knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms Ability to run and interpret A/B split tests Awareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in‑house experts) Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight Excellent communication and organisational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Advertising Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
