Standard shift hours are scheduled between 6 : 00 AM and 7 : 30 PM. However, flexibility is expected in order to accommodate the operational needs of the business and specific guest requests. Your role in our family : Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and service standards of fitness areas Monitor client attendance, equipment use, and support daily gym operations Handle bookings, schedules, and admin for all fitness activities and programs Conduct fitness inductions, evaluations, and support guest journeys Deliver training programs tailored to individual needs and goals Motivate and guide members on the gym floor; lead small group classes Provide expert advice on exercise, equipment use, and injury prevention Cover fitness classes when needed and manage instructor schedules Deliver personal training sessions, develop your PT client base, and maintain records Ensure all tasks meet the high service standards set by the Fitness Manager What would make you the perfect fit?
