About the Role

You will join a vibrant and innovative team where data drives decision-making. This entry-level role suits someone who is confident working in Excel, enjoys organising complex information, and can translate data into clear, actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed and accurate reports using advanced Excel functions.

Work confidently with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation tools.

Extract, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.

Perform accurate calculations for reimbursements and deductions, meeting SLA deadlines.

Maintain precise and up-to-date files to support overall data accuracy.

Communication

Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.

Produce clear, concise written documentation.

Problem-Solving

Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.

Take a proactive and solution-focused approach to improving processes.

Requirements

Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Basic understanding of SQL Server (advantageous).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive with solid problem-solving abilities.
