As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, such as van maintenance, assembly, installations, and custom fitting. You will ensure high precision, quality, and compliance with client specifications while collaborating closely with team members to deliver outstanding results for every project. Qualifications Technical proficiency in vehicle modification, mechanical assembly, and electrical installations. Experience with tools and equipment for automotive or campervan customization and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Problem‑solving abilities and aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or electrical issues. Good communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration on‑site. Time management and organisational skills to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects. Previous experience in the automotive or campervan conversion industry is highly desirable. Relevant certifications or vocational training in mechanics, electrical systems, or related fields are advantageous.
