Introduction

The school is seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their Upper Key Stage 2 team on a part-time basis. The Role

You will be joining a committed team who pride themselves on achieving excellent outcomes while prioritising pupil wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:

Teaching a warm, engaged and hardworking Year 6 class
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the UKS2 curriculum
Preparing pupils for SATs with a calm, supportive and structured approach
Working closely with the parallel Year 6 teacher to share planning and resources
Tracking progress, completing assessments and contributing to pupil reports
Maintaining a positive, inclusive and calm classroom environment
Communicating effectively with parents and staff
Contributing to the wider life of the school on your working daysAbout the School

The Ideal Candidate
