This is suited to someone already operating at paraplanner level and looking for either a step up or more scope within their work. What The Role Offers A broad, engaging paraplanning position within a business that is continuing to grow Supportive leadership and a culture that encourages progression for those who want it The option to remain in a technical paraplanning role if that’s where you prefer to stay Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days from home), with potential to gain WFH flexibility earlier than 6 months for the right person What We’re Looking For Paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment Diploma qualified (or close to) to achieve the upper end of the salary banding Strong technical knowledge, report writing ability and understanding of financial planning processes Someone proactive, organised and able to work effectively within a growing team If you’re looking to develop your career in a business that will invest in you—or you simply want a solid, rewarding paraplanning role in a stable firm—this position offers a great fit.
