You will ensure all areas of the home are spotless, fresh, and welcoming, including residents’ bedrooms, communal areas, and sanitary spaces. You will manage laundry with care, making sure residents’ clothing and personal items are handled respectfully and returned promptly. Your work will directly contribute to residents’ quality of life, providing them with a home they can be proud of. You will follow health and safety and infection control guidelines, and work closely with the wider care team to create an environment where residents can thrive.
