People Advisor (Fixed term contract) Organization: A-SAFE Group Location: Onsite – HQ, Elland, West Yorkshire Reporting to: Head of People Contract type: 3 months Fixed term – Full time; potential extension. The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable People Advisor to join our People team on a fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment, providing expert guidance, coaching and support to managers and employees, and delivering seamless administrative support to ensure the efficiency of HR operations. In This Role, You Will Act as the first point of contact for ER matters, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate advice to managers and employees. Partner with managers to create a supportive, solutions‑focused approach to employee relations challenges. Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of ER activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Support the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives, ensuring seamless organisation and communication. Use data and insights to identify trends and proactively address areas for improvement in workplace culture and practices. What We’re Looking For Immediate availability and solid experience handling stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. A confident communicator who can advise managers and build credibility quickly. A team player comfortable juggling operational tasks with project-based support. Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role. Why A‑SAFE?
