What you'll be doing Develop & maintain Protection assets across the SPT network Provide change-process performance to both internal and external stakeholders Maintain a strong relationship with all departmental interfaces Provide feedback into Protection technical specifications for Major Projects Delivery of RIIO-price control period objectives. Operational response to Protection faults & defects. Interfacing with OCC to optimise team & system performance. Creating Protection configurations: implementation, testing & commissioning on-site. What you'll bring Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills Significant experience of Protection systems on the power system network Developed understanding of industry standard Protection protocols and protocol emulation tools Developed Transmission/Distribution operational experience Capable of devising solutions to complex problems, individually and as part of a team Knowledge of network and business data and network management systems.
