Strive Collective is a London-based events and promotions company supporting national and international non-profit organisations through live, face-to-face engagement. Our campaigns take place across busy event venues and pop-up locations, where we connect charities with the public in a meaningful and professional way. We are currently looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating confidently, and representing positive causes in a fast-moving public environment. What You’ll Be Doing Speaking with members of the public at event and pop-up locations Sharing clear information about current non-profit campaigns Answering questions in a professional and approachable manner Encouraging customer participation and support Accurately recording customer interactions Maintaining excellent presentation and brand standards Following campaign guidelines and compliance procedures Working as part of a team to achieve daily performance goals Who This Role Suits This position is well suited to individuals who : Are confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people Have good communication and listening skills Are dependable, punctual, and professional What We Provide Full onboarding and practical training Ongoing coaching and performance support Clear internal development opportunities A structured, team-based working environment Competitive base pay plus performance Experience working with well-known national and international charities #J-18808-Ljbffr
