We have an exciting development role for a Clinical Psychologist within Wigan Memory Assessment Team. You will join a great team of professionals including nurses, OT's, Consultant Psychiatrists and other psychologists to support in the early diagnosis of Dementia for people living in the Wigan area. The post holder will be responsible for the promotion and delivery of high-quality psychology services to adults of any age requiring investigation and management of organic mental health problems (predominantly mild cognitive impairment and dementias) through the Wigan Memory Service. This to be achieved directly, by face-to-face neuropsychological assessment and clinical work with patients and indirectly by collaboration with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 7000 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 122 locations.
