As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independent as possible in their own home with your support.ResponsibilitiesCompanionshipAccompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shopsMeal preparation and light houseworkBuilding strong professional relationshipsAssistance with personal care and taking medicationsWhat does being a Caregiver involve?Minimum 2-hour visitsIntroductions to all new clientsCaregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interestsVisiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationshipsCaregiver benefitsAward-winning trainingRates of pay start at £12.85 up to £14.20Holiday pay/ Bank holiday ratesTravel expenses paid between clientsFull learning and development programs (NVQ qualifications)Rewards scheme and Employee support lineCare assistant social eventsHome Instead BenefitsRefer to a friend scheme to earn up to £100Blue light card discountQualificationsNo formal qualifications are needed for this role.
