You’ll develop new activity ideas based on residents’ hobbies and involve the rest of the care home team, always with kindness at the forefront.We are looking for someone with a background in working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes, with creativity, a love for music, and confidence to run group and 1-2-1 activities such as: art club, knitting club, storytelling, bingo, sport activities, and musical activities, among others.Beyond that, it’s all about your positive energy and your natural ability to get along with people. You’ll have strong planning, organisational, IT, and basic photography skills, and be able to manage your time effectively.
