Job Description:

Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent located in Chigwell, are looking to employ an Aftersales Progressor. If you are a bubbly individual who enjoys putting customer service at the forefront of everything you do, then this will be the role for you.

The successful Aftersales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to £30,000 Basic
  • End-of-Year Discretionary Bonus
  • Pension
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Working Hours:

  • Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in progression within either estate agency or new homes
  • Must have knowledge of the aftersales process from start to finish
  • Local knowledge would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Be able to manage a busy aftersales pipeline
