Assistant Psychologist – Cygnet AppletreePosition overviewWe are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Appletree, a Female PICU and Female specialist rehabilitation service in Durham. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:30 am to 4:30 pm).Your day‑to‑day responsibilitiesContribute to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal and written)Develop clinical formulations and implement care plans for psychological treatmentPlan, deliver and evaluate individual and group programmesEngage in administration, audit, research and service development activitiesWe’re looking for someone who isDegree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalentAccredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS)Preferably experienced in healthcare and/or in an Assistant Psychologist rolePassionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary teamQualified to Master’s degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)Why Cygnet?Salary: £27,825 per yearCompany pension schemeComprehensive employee assistance programme and discount centre (e.g., NHS card)Free mealsInternal and external CPD opportunitiesOpportunities to be involved in researchClinical supervision and peer supportContract detailsContracted hours: 37.5 hours per weekSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
