This post will be based at the Finchley Memorial CDC, with occasional requirement to attend other Royal Free London sites. Finchley Memorial CDC works in close collaboration with its sister site Wood Green CDC, hosted by Whittington Health NHS Trust. As the service develops there is a potential requirement for staff working at either site to cross-cover.The Post Holder Is Responsible ForMonitoring adherence to the quality standards that apply to the safe and efficient operation of the CDC services. The CDC is going through the UKAS accreditation process and requires a high-calibre professional to support the operational team and clinical leads in collating and demonstrating the evidence of the high-quality standard of provided services.The postholder will work closely with operational and clinical leads to measure the department's performance against UKAS BS70000 or other appropriate accreditations.Establishing a programme for continued improvement and ensuring the delivery of key performance standards.Setting up and managing the Quality Management Framework and System. Writing and modifying SOPs for global aspects of the facility and supporting the modality leads in the creation and maintenance of their SOPs.Supporting the management team in managing performance through presentation and analysis of the quality performance data. The postholder will provide quality data to relevant internal and external meetings.Ensuring a robust audit programme is in place across the services and that accurate audit records are kept and maintained.About the EmployerThe Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK's biggest and most innovative trusts.
