This includes; leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our General Managers are our brand ambassadors, they ensure we deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction.
