Principal Consultant - Senior Legal BD, Marketing & Communications Recruitment Senior Business Development Manager - Life Sciences & Health Care A prestigious international law firm is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Senior Business Development Manager to lead its global Life Sciences and Health Care sector. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing team, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a globally recognised practice. Key Responsibilities Lead the global BD strategy for the Life Sciences and Health Care sector, including Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Medical Devices & Technology, and Health Regulatory practices. Inspire and manage a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives that position the firm as a go-to advisor in the sector. Drive client development, from identifying new opportunities to leading strategic pitches and RFP responses. Collaborate with global sector heads and practice leaders to align BD efforts with firm-wide goals. Enhance the firm's profile through events, sponsorships, industry partnerships, and media engagement. Champion best practices in client relationship management and business development across the global team. What's needed A commercially minded BD leader with solid experience in legal or professional services. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to connect the dots across global teams and initiatives. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
