The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for a short term contract.What will your responsibilities be?As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting activities of daily living (ADL) and functional assessments, preparing detailed reports, and undertaking home visits to assess client needs. You will liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and collaborate closely with the Lead Occupational Therapist to support the development and implementation of individual care plans.
