From managing Probate cases and preparing official documentation, to advising on Wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, you will ensure every client receives clear, tailored advice with care and professionalism.You will work closely with executors and family members, supporting them during what can often be an emotional and challenging time. With access to the latest legal updates and supportive training, you will be equipped to stay on top of evolving legislation and compliance standards.As well as being highly accurate and detail-oriented, you will need to be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues alike.
